  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.


2. Free UK Returns

  • UK customers benefit from free returns within the 30-day window.

3. Excluded Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery

  • Undergarments, hosiery, and swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken)

  • Gift cards and e-gift vouchers


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are currently available for size and colour variations only.

  • If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping upgrades (e.g., Express Delivery) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.


7. International Returns

  • International customers may return items within 30 days, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
